He finally figured it out... We're gonna need some help.

Grant officially knows how to crawl. He's not very good at it yet, but he's definitely a fast learner. He's also dying to talk, and making all kinds of noises. I'll try and get him to talk to the camera one of these days.

Here he crawls about 5 feet or so.

Camping!

We went camping with the Witneys in Diamond Fork Canyon this weekend. It was a really good time! Grant apparently was having too much fun, because he and I stayed up late by the fire and watched shooting stars while everyone else slept. I think he finally fell asleep at around 1:30 am. Scott also found a really cool spider. Rochelle's going to smack me for posting the spider. Enjoy!

Carrie and Grant had some fun with a flashlight...

This is Grant with the flashlight in his mouth. He was trying too hard to eat it whole for me to get a good picture of it.

Taking Votes

So Ben and I just returned from a quick trip to Bloomington, IN. We looked at the prospective Indiana University and then spent an entire day looking at homes (15 to be exact!). We saw many, hated some, and LOVED few (or hated few and loved many...)! I thought I would post some specs on the homes, and you can help us decided (even if we do have a favorite). I will list them in NO particular order of our favorites as to avoid any swaying of opinions.

Cardinal Glen Dr.

High end of price range, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 1832 sq ft., .29 acres. Some of my notes: Cul de sac; really nice, move in condition, laundry in upstairs office, nice neigborhood, HUGE master bedroom, favorite kitchen.

Lantern Ln.

Middle of price range, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2064 sq. ft., .2778 acres. Personal notes: LOVE IT! Property value sure to go up due to location, :), Great Master bath, great rooms upstairs (dormer windows functional), kitchen a tad small, laundry room, corner lot, small backyard, needs fence.

Stratford Dr.

Low end of price range, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 1940 sq. ft, .36 acres. Personal notes: !!Cul de sac, Sought after school districts, great yard, pantry :), cracked toilet in master bath (which is WAY SMALL), needs fence in back.

Hopefully you see what we see in these homes. Help us decide, and maybe we will let you come visit us if it goes through!! Enjoy!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS... Today is Ben's 28th birthday... YEAH!

I can't make up my mind

I seem to get easily annoyed with the Template that we use, but there aren't many to choose from that other people don't have. So- we will try out the blue one and see how you all like it(or how I like it!).

Grant is up on all 4s. He isn't quite CRAWLING, but he is pretty dang close. I can't leave him alone for a minute for fear of what he may get into.

Life is crazy. We still have a few boxes that we haven't unpacked, but we just found out that Ben's guitar teacher is trying EVERYTHING he can do to get Ben into the Grad Program at Indiana University... THIS FALL! So, I will not unpack those boxes! The price of living out there is pretty cheap- cheaper than Utah even. I have been doing a bit (a lot) of research of houses. I think it will be cheaper to get a house than to be living in this over-priced apartment. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy the summer with all my family!! Enjoy the pictures~

Grant holds his own bottle, but sometimes, he misses his mouth.
MMMMMmmmmm- Sonic! I left him on the floor in the middle of that blanket, and when I came back from the bathroom, he made a friend with the crib!

On the move!!! (sort of)

Happy to be moving (we have mixed feelings...)

FUNNY!
