Last Week

We are moving this Saturday exactly 1.4 miles away. We will be in a new ward and in a HOUSE! We are beyond excited (minus the moving out of our ward- I think we were finally getting to know people... after two years). Our new house isn't bigger, per say, but it is a ranch style, two car garage, and has a big FENCED IN YARD! Also, Ben and I have a bathroom IN OUR BEDROOM for the first time in our marriage. That's pretty exciting.  We are slowly packing this place up. I am about to bust out garbage bags in a minute because I don't feel like being as organized as I originally planned :)

To top this week off, Grant, Henry and I are sick. WHAT!?! I swear, when it rains, it pours. Why is it that when BOTH kids get sick, I get sick too?! (don't answer, I know why!) I just think there should be some sort of immunity staff that is given to parents when ALL the kids are sick- don't you agree? haha

As we begin a new chapter in our lives by moving, I have been reflecting on our first two years here in Bloomington. WOW! Talk about the Lord directing our lives. I am still floored that we are where we are. Next spring, Ben will have a Masters in Jazz Studies on Guitar and will be looking for a REAL JOB! It seems too far away, yet so close. We are hoping to stay here as long as possible. We love it. We've had odd trials here and there and also some crazy family health trials to deal with. I am so eternally grateful for the Gospel in my life. I have seen the Lord answer prayers right and left. He really knows each one of us and how to help us through trials. These trials are all for US, and then for those we can help one day. I am so thankful for the knowledge of a Savior who makes it possible for us to become our best selves.  Life is amazing, and we should all smile more!!

With all that said...Enjoy our pictures!!
Grant and Chloe showing each other some love.
Grant's a regular stand up comedian!

UGH!! Love him, but not loving the wandering!! He is into everything.
Grant at the hospital... why cant they just charge for the tiny tiny pill they gave him and nothing else? They should have a "lesser ER" open at night for when it's not SOOO serious it needs immediate care but enough that you shouldn't wait till tomorrow. GRRRR
