Coolest Brothers

Being a mom is hard, but when you have boys as cool as ours- it makes it worth while. Grant is pretty funny. He has a fascination with evil characters from movies. He loves the classic lines from all the Disney movies, but it's now become a rule in our house that talking like "bad guys" is against the rules! But he is starting to read a little bit and he is starting (finally?) to ask a lot of questions.  Such a curious boy! He is funny because he is bummed out we didn't get any snow this year- so I guess that's a good reason we're moving to Idaho- so he can have some snow (more than I'd like, but he'll be happy). Henry is just as awesome as ever. He is talking like crazy now- or rather- we're starting to understand most of what he is saying. He is SO affectionate. He loves to give kisses, hugs, and say "I love you." Aw- such a cutie pie. We took the boys outside the other day and had a little photo shoot with them. If these picture look familiar, it's because we just posted them on FB (or you got one in your inbox). Here are most of the pictures that we took.

So there you have it. I think everyone should now by know- but we are adding another cool kid to our crew. Baby #3 is due Aug. 22 (if you missed that on the chalkboard). That is my dad's bday and he emailed me back and said, "Pick another date." I guess I am now 16 weeks pregnant. CRAZY! We have our anatomy scan next week, and NO- we won't find out what this one is (other than a human). The things that I worry about are HEAD SIZE and SHOULDER WIDTH (have you met Ben?)! If they seem normal- I'm good to go. We are really excited about this baby addition! One thing that I hate about being pregnant is that everyone else seems to be too. I don't like feeling like I'm one of a hundred other women- but this time around, I think almost everyone I know if pregnant! I'm excited for everyone else, of course, but sometimes I feel like I want my pregnancies to be special (does that make sense?). OF COURSE they are special, but it's a strange thing that I've always felt. It'll be crazy being back in school and having another kid, but we planned it so the baby will be born at the beginning of my off track. We have a good 8 months to figure out how to handle January of next year :)

Other than the baby, we move in less than 4 weeks, and we have SO MUCH TO DO!! Anyone want to help us? Hopefully we can get the packing done. I've already packed 90% of my clothes. Most of our books are packed, and now we have the rest of the house. Tomorrow I'll hit up the liquor stores for boxes ;) Also- anyone in Bloomington wan to buy our pull out couch? Let us know!

Congrats on the baby and the move! You'll make school and motherhood work somehow. It's amazing how things come together. Best wishes!

So excited for another baby! I thought this would take the pressure off us, but when I talked to my mom on sunday she seemed to think otherwise. Haha! Too bad mom! I hope I can come see the baby when it is born- your due date is exactly between semesters for me, so if baby is born on time, I say that is good timing!

Such darling pictures...you could be a photographer! And yippee--another baby. How great is that? Congratulations!!! ('Hear anything from Tahoe yet? We'd be sooooo excited to have you somewhat in the neighborhood. Besides that, you could be around more Horne's too!)
